Event Branding

Keshet X Foreigner Benefit Concert

Keshet is a Chicago-based organization supporting children and adults with special needs. My involvement began as a volunteer in elementary school and later continued as a member of the Keshet Junior Board, where I created pro bono design work to promote fundraising events. One such project was an introductory video shown to hundreds of concert-goers just before Foreigner took the stage, helping support Keshet’s mission.

Tech Events

Lightico

During my time working at Lightico, I designed graphics for in-person and digital events. Below are images from some of these events, with many more visible on the Lightico page.

SQream’s Kickoff Event

I designed the logo for the “SQream Kickoff 2019” event, which was used in presentations, printed on stickers, and printed on edible paper for cupcakes.

Menorah Lighting Event Branding

For Chanukah 2022, I designed the branding of the yearly menorah lighting ceremonies and festivities hosted by Chabad San Francisco.

The project was a blast to work on since I could put my illustrations skills to use in designing retro graphics inspired by various 1960s and 1970s styles, especially as they relate to the Grateful Dead, along with featuring symbols of the city of San Francisco.

Below you can see how the flyer was displayed at various events by the Rabbi of the Chabad in San Franciso as well as my original sketch to develop the concept of blending Chanukah with the Grateful Dead and the City of San Francisco.

B'nai Mitzvah Party Event Branding

When I was 11-13 years old, I spent a lot of time going to Bar and Bat Mitzvah parties. The parties were typically very extravagant and they left a lasting impact on me.

I learned how to fuse the fun I had in my younger years into the logos I created for my clients, who were both the parents and bar/bat mitzvah kids.

Chanukah became the theme for Truman’s Bar Mitzvah party given the timing of his birthday and his middle name being Naise, meaning “miracle.”

Truman's logo was used on the invitations, prayer books, kippot, socks and more.

Sierra is a drama lover and aspiring actress. She wanted to show the tragedy and comedy masks in teal- her favorite color. The strings of the masks show an “S” for Sierra and the number 2018 for the year of her bat mitzvah.

Her logo was used throughout her party, from the cake, to a decal on the dance floor, to her blanket giveaway for party guests, to her invitations and more.

Layla is a spirited young lady who wanted to use her logo to represent her intention to participate in cheerleading and gymnastics. I created pink and blue versions of the logo for party giveaways so girls and boys could each have a color they wanted.

Her logo was used throughout her party from the guest sign-in mirror, the pillowcases, to water bottle labels, to decals on the front of the bar, and more.
