Lightico

Role: Marketing Designer

At Lightico, I strengthened and expanded the company’s visual identity as their first in-house designer. I created cohesive designs across web, print, events, and digital campaigns; designed and QA’d the website; and produced a broad library of marketing and demand-generation assets.

Working closely with Marketing, Sales, SDRs, PR, HR, and product teams, I delivered high-impact campaigns, partner materials, and sales enablement tools that elevated Lightico’s market presence and supported company-wide growth.

Website Design

When I started working at Lightico, there was a basic website in place. Overtime, I refreshed the old pages and built new webpages that completed the company’s story, including: Home, Request a Demo, Interactive Demo, Product &; Platform, Industries & Channels, Customer Success Stories, Resources, Events & Webinars, Blog, Company (About, Careers, Partners, Media), Help Center, Login, and several landing pages. Below is a selection of some pages I worked on alongside their mobile version.

Collateral Library

All eBooks, before we started creating them as webpages, were designed as PDFs and then promoted on social channels as well as on blog posts that related to the subject matter of the eBook. eBooks were also promoted via Lightico’s email list.

Social Media & Ads

Social Media

We created a campaign targeting people who were on the brink of becoming Lightico’s customers. I designed all of the graphics as displayed in the first section below.

These are ads I designed communicating directly to Salesforce admins explaining that Lightico and Salesforce integrate.

The marketing team hosted surveys for the different industries Lightico targeted. For a Telco-related holiday survey we conducted, we shared the results in a blog post and created social media images to pair with it.

Once Lightico started getting ratings on G2, we celebrated and shared the announcements on social media.

Ads

The first set of ads below contains Google Ads in different sizes for a campaign promoting Lightico’s features. Some images have been resized to fit the page.

Lightico had a promotion in 2020 offering companies a buyout option from their current eSign contract. The word “Model” comes in as a reference to car sales.

Below are two ad sets promoting a banking case study for the same campaign, using different imagery.

Infographics

I worked with the Director of Public Relations to create a few infographics after the start of the coronavirus pandemic.

Events

Lightico built a strong presence at major industry events, from large in-person conferences to its own digital sessions launched during the pandemic.

As the landscape shifted, I created graphics that supported both formats, helping the company engage audiences wherever they were.

In-Person Events

This video is what played on the screen at a Salesforce event.

Digital Events

Lightico hosted digital events for auto finance, banking, credit unions, and insurance. Additionally, Lightico hosted several webinars and roundtables, which I worked on the graphics for.

Below are graphics for the Auto Finance Innovators Forum of 2020. For this event, there was a promotion that gave registrants the chance to win a NASCAR racing experience.

Below are some graphics for the Digital Banking in a Post-Pandemic World summit of 2020.

As the pandemic was beginning and Lightico was shifting from in-person to digital events, I created graphics for virtual booths of events we were hosting to compensate for the cancelation of specific in-person events.

HR Branding

Corporate Mascot

One of my favorite projects I worked on for the Human Resources department was creating Lightico’s corporate mascot and graphics to showcase it.

The octopus represents Lightico: the octopus has many arms, being able to do many things, while Lightico is able to complete many tasks for customers at once.

I created a range of graphics with the mascot, many of which were Canva templates so the HR department could work with the graphics without relying on the marketing department.

I worked on graphics such as hiring ads, employee announcements, and company events.

Oscars Night Cocktail Box

Lightico hosted a special evening for employees and I designed the event branding. Employees were divided into teams where we worked on creative films that related to Lightico in some way, shape or form. Lightico had individual boxes sent to each employee’s home.

COVID-19 Office Posters

Notebook Design

I designed the cover for a notebook distributed to all new and current employees. The design contained many icons used across the website and other marketing materials.
